We began this residential smart home when we were approached by this client after a recommendation from another project. Working with Charlotte Findlater design, we installed a Lutron lighting system that compliments the interior designers vision and aesthetic.
Wiring and fitting all of the designer fittings within the whole property, we wanted the lighting to highlight all of the different features and design choices. Adding a warm glow throughout.
Not only did we do the lighting, we also installed a range of smart technology throughout. Including smart heating, alarm and CCTV system and a bespoke media room.
With smart heating installed throughout the whole home, the clients are able turn the heating on and off or alter it from their mobile phones. Whether they’re home or away from the property.
Additionally, we fitted full Dahua CCTV cameras and a Texecom alarm system. Ensuring their home is protected and monitored 24 hours a day. With the online mobile app, the clients can record and playback the footage from anywhere.
